Designed by play therapist Lakeland Hahn of Lake Counseling, this 4-week series helps caregivers and little ones (ages 4–18 months) build strong foundations for emotional connection and lifelong communication.

Each week, we’ll explore core skills in respectful parenting, including reflecting feelings, offering choices, encouraging healthy expression, and setting kind and clear limits.

Through guided play, songs, and simple routines, caregivers will learn tools rooted in infant mental health principles to foster secure attachment and emotional regulation. While designed with babies in mind, all caregivers and young children are welcome. The skills we learn in Bonding with Baby are skills that will grow with your family and foster a lifelong relationship of communication and delight.
