This Essential Group is designed for swimmers ages 3+ who are progressing through levels Preschool 1 to Swimmer 2, this program focuses on building water confidence and foundational comfort in a structured group environment.

Affordable Group Learning
A supportive and engaging group setting where children can explore the water, build confidence, and become comfortable through guided activities and repetition.

Lessons introduce key fundamentals such as water entry, submersion, and basic movement, while encouraging a positive and enjoyable learning experience.

Each class is supported by a 3-coach model:
Principal (deck) + Certified Coach & Assistant (in-water support)

Best for: beginners who are new to the water or need to build confidence before progressing to higher-level training.

Price per lesson: $28
