Our Elite Group is designed for children ages 3 and up working through Preschool 1 to Swimmer 9. This program supports every swimmer’s journey from water comfort to stroke development and endurance training in a fun, structured, and supportive setting.

Each class follows the Lifesaving Society of Canada’s Swim for Life Program, taught by one certified instructor in the water with our principal assisting on deck to ensure safety and personalized guidance.

Children start by learning basic aquatic skills like entries, floats, and glides, then progress to advanced techniques such as front and back crawl, breaststroke, and endurance drills. The focus is on building coordination, confidence, and stamina through skill-based, progressive training led by experienced instructors.
