A 40-minute pilates class followed by a 20-minute sound bath + guided gratitude meditation with sound bowls and instruments hosted by Sista Sista SoundBath.

Grip socks are required. Please note for the sound portion of the evening please feel free to get cozy and bring your pillow and or a blanket.
