SEMI PRIVATE SESSION ONLY.
Winter Challenge is a 9 week progressive overload full body heavy strength training program that will run from January 12- March 13th, 2026 in the Wabi Sabi Studio.
Limited spaces are available in each group so please enroll in the time slot that works best for you. You can always make up a missed class on Fridays Flex classes at 10 or 11 am.
The program includes an orientation on Friday, January 9th at either 5:30 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am or noon. We'll go over your personal goals, take progress photos and measurements as wel as a strength assessment. You'll be locked into your twice a week session and have 1-2 homework plans to follow on your own.
