After we pour out, we take a moment to pour back in.
Join us after church for a gentle, family-friendly movement flow designed to help us reconnect with our bodies, our breath, our families, and one another.
Come as you are. Bring the kids. Bring a friend. Move, stretch, breathe, laugh, and settle into a little stillness together.
This isn’t about a perfect pose or a hard workout. It’s about **healing through movement, meaningful connection, and making space to receive.**
Because taking care of ourselves helps us continue showing up to love and serve others.
