HONORING OUR ANCESTORS

A SHAMANIC GATHERING & BREATHWORK JOURNEY

Join Luz for a ceremony of remembrance - honoring the lives, stories, and wisdom of those who came before us, and releasing what no longer serves us.

We will create an Ancestors' Altar together, then move into a guided breathwork journey - breath, music, and reflection - before closing the circle with gratitude.

You are welcome to honor family, chosen family, a beloved teacher, or anyone who shaped your life. No prior ceremony or breathwork experience is needed.

PLEASE BRING

• A photograph, small object, or written name for the altar 
• Comfortable clothing
• A journal and water bottle
• A yoga mat and blanket, if not provided by the studio

All altar items return home with their owners. 

Sharing is optional.

Luz Freites is a shamanic medicine practitioner and breathwork facilitator who offers ceremonies, meditation, and experiences centered on self-awareness, spiritual connection, and reflection.
