Your emotions are in your gaze.

Anger has one gaze. Grief has another. Fear has a third. And when the eyes move, the mind moves — when the mind moves, the world moves. The whole thing turns on something as small as a blink.

October 24th in Lafayette we're going to still it. Not by force — by fire. Inner fire breathwork to move what's been held, and then a Clear Light meditation: a candle at the level of the brows, the gaze on the very tip of the flame, until you see for once without your story laid over the top of it. The tradition calls it the naked gaze.

Tantra and Advaita, both hands. The body that has to move, and the one who was never damaged in the first place.
