Comprehensive Athletic Development: Our focus is on a holistic approach, covering every aspect vital to a lax athlete's development. In just 7 days, we delve into speed, agility, power, strength, mobility, and lifestyle design, all contextualized within the game of lacrosse. This ensures a comprehensive and valuable experience for your athlete, far beyond the ordinary.

Technical Mastery and Ballwork: Yes, our program includes essential technical speed work with the stick. With 10 years of experience training lacrosse players globally across all levels, our proven system is designed to teach players how to be explosive, quick, elusive, and efficient both on and off the ball.

Exclusive Training Materials: Every participant will receive a camp t-shirt, a set of mini bands, and a comprehensive training program designed for continued speed and strength development post-camp. These materials are crafted to help players maintain and build upon the progress they make during the camp.

A Week at Performance Unlimited: Each day of the camp is thoughtfully structured to maximize learning and skill development:

• Monday: Athletic Introduction, Acceleration Focus (Arm Action/Posture)
• Tuesday: Change of Direction Techniques (Foot Position/Bend)
• Wednesday: Advanced Acceleration Skills (Drive)
• Thursday: Mastery of Change of Direction (Lean)
• Friday: Achieving Top End Speed

Daily Itinerary:

• 8:30-9:00 AM: Drop Off at Davie Park
• 9:00-11:30 AM: Field-based technical stick work and games at Davie Park
• 11:30-12:00 PM: Walk to Performance Unlimited Facility
• 12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch (Option to bring your own or purchase box lunches)
• 1:00-2:00 PM: Lifestyle Presentation (Covering recovery, sleep, nutrition, leadership, goal setting)
• 2:00-3:30 PM: Speed and Strength Work
• 3:30-4:00 PM: Mobility and Recovery Work
• 4:00 PM: Pick Up from Performance Unlimited

• Early Drop off can be made at Davie Park upon request from 8:00-9;00am
• Late Pick up can be made upon request at Performance Unlimited from 4:00-6:00pm
• A deposit of $195 is required to reserve your slot in the camp with the remaining balance due 6 weeks days prior to the start date
• All players should bring cleats, running shoes/trainers for strength work, a stick, water, snacks, and lunch (a fridge to keep lunches cool and purchase of lunches are available).
• There are no cancelations due to weather. Adequate communication will be given for a change of location to Performance Unlimited in case of field closure.
