Now, more than ever, the world needs you to be yourself bravely. This 90 min class will be a combination of yoga class followed with a teen circle designed specifically for you to discover greater confidence and self-acceptance in a supportive community. Come every week for six weeks, and grow your girl group!

You will build strength and flexibility and explore ways to incorporate the mindfulness you cultivate on your mat into your everyday life. We'll move our bodies, stretch our minds, and flow to sounds of an inspiring playlist! The teen gathering circle is safe space to share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment -- a place where you feel seen, heard, and accepted, a place to decompress and talk in a supportive environment.

Come just as you are...engage with other girls and find your inner voice in a compassionate community. For girls ages 12-18 years old. This workshop and class series is taught by Sienna DeVoe-Talluto, who became the youngest certified yoga instructor in New England in 2016. Sienna is 18 and will begin her first year of college in the Fall at UVM.
