If you are looking for a low-impact, relaxing form of exercise, this class is for you!
We are hosting monthly classes to learn about the principles of Qigong, which consists of a collection of movements, done seated or standing, focused on breath and emotional wellness. While each workshop stands on its own, there is a progression to the training. Come to one session or come to all!
The classes are free. Registration is required. Wear comfortable clothing so we can practice what we learn. Light refreshments will be served.
Each workshop will cover a mix of meditation, education and mindful movement practices focused on posture, breathing, body mechanics and developing mental clarity. While the workshops are progressive by design, each one does provide stand-alone tools. Come to one, or come to all!
