We rely on our hands and feet to accomplish most activities of our daily lives, but when was the last time we took the time to give them our much-deserved attention?! In this two-hour workshop you will learn specific and user-friendly exercises to strengthen your feet and hands, as well as some simple and effective self-massage techniques to bring relief and comfort to your hands and feet. Many of the exercises we will learn are a part of the Pilates method of body conditioning. This workshop is ideal for people who spend a lot of time on their feet and/or do repetitive motions with their hands (typing, cutting hair, sewing, to name a few!) Please note: We will not be diagnosing or treating specific hand and foot issues in this workshop. If you do have a medically diagnosed hand or foot condition, please consult with your physician before signing up for this workshop.
