Long time yogis and those new to the practice can benefit from this ‘deep dive’ into the postures. Start to build healthy, healing habits in your practice, and break out of ones that no longer serve, or are even causing damage.

Learn to move your body in a therapeutic way! We all are working with different injuries, histories, strengths and weaknesses. This clinic will help you to see where you are at today and start to make strides forward.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your session up to 24 hours before it begins without penalty. 

Cancel with more than 24 hours: Your payment will be returned to our account as a credit to use in the future.

Cancel with less than 24 hours: Your payment will be forfeit. Auto Pay and Intro pass members will be charged for the full price of the event ($40)
