Advanced Pilates Series

This year starts now! Enhance your practice expand your knowledge of the advanced repertoire. We will visit the full classical order of Pilates reformer and mat and the advanced exercises that we rarely get to practice or teach.

Have you ever asked “how do they do that?” Now is when you learn!

The series will consist of 4-four hour workshops:

Each workshop will be from 2:00pm to 6:00 pm.

Cost: $129 each of $349 for all 3
