Treat yourself post-Valentine's and join us for an evening of energetic manifestation. This will be an empowering event reflecting on the importance of honoring ourselves, taking time to ground down, finding connection, and clearing blocked energy.

We will begin by tuning into ourselves with a guided meditation followed by Rob Jugenheimer of Mountain Tones, playing crystal singing bowls and a planetary gong bath. Fall into a deep meditative state and relax to sound, as Amanda Schaal, Reiki Master/Clairvoyant Healer, provides Reiki Energy work during the sound healing.

To conclude we will have time to share our experiences and what we want to manifest in the world. There will be time for tea, chocolates, and mingling in the lobby as we re-center.   *Advanced Registration Encouraged.
