This foundational class covers the basic principle of teaching spinal twists with emphasis on benefits, alignment, technique, modification and hands-on adjustments. The class includes some lecture but is primarily an experiential exploration of twisting poses and the assists/adjustments used by instructors to help students safely access them. Bring your mat and come prepared to engage in a physical practice.
