This foundational class covers the basic principle of teaching inversions with emphasis on benefits, alignment, technique, modifications and adjustments. The class includes some lecture but is primarily an experiential exploration of inversions and the assists/adjustments used by instructors to help students safely access them. Bring your mat and come prepared to engage in a physical practice.
