Join Lisa McDonald RYT in this class that is guaranteed to
start your weekend off on the right foot. We will spend the
first half hour of the class with gentle stretches into the back,
hips, neck, legs, and shoulders to help the physical body relax
before moving into stillness to enjoy the sound of crystal
bowls.
The bowls are played and work on a molecular level allowing
the vibration to gently move through the body as the mind relaxes
into the release of negative energy.
