Join Jennifer Lawson for this in depth Beginner's Aerial Yoga Workshop. Jennifer will outline the basic poses, inversion, and flows used in an Aerial Yoga class. Students will have space and time for individual attention and assistance in learning poses in a way that works best for their body. This class includes learning the basic inversion, yoga poses using the hammock for support, and learning to trust the hammock through various exercises. All are welcome in this easy going, supportive, and welcoming environment.
