In this workshop, we will explore movements such as circles, spirals, and waves as we learn to unlock core tensions and unwind stuck patterns in our connective tissue matrix. These gentle, easy, fluid movements can have profound effects as we move our body in natural progressions opening up joints, our spines, and creating easeful and supple muscles. Basic routines will be shared as well as advanced exercises. The main exercises shared are designed to help ease us out of the patterns of tensions associated with a sedentary life-style (such as too much driving or screentime). The class is also a great complimentary training for anyone who has a yoga practice, does Crossfit, or is an active athlete.
