Fundamentals of This module delivers concrete tools needed to lead powerfully from the front of any room with impactful results. This module will explore that your words create your world. It is through the word that the world is created. Explore insights and powerful ways of using your words to share what you are up to in the world. You are invited to join us at learning, sharing and growing. This weekend will leave participants with new tools, openings and insights to utilize in your life to see and breakthrough limitations real and perceived. The intention of the weekend is growth and contribution for everyone in the training. Participants will acquire an in depth understanding of the foundations of asana through intelligent alignment, action principles, assists, transitions, and modifications in a fun and interactive environment.
