Join Alison for this 3 hour workshop on June 8 from 1:30-4:30 for a delicious combination of movements that support and challenge your body and your brain.
We will explore fabulous flexion, exciting extension, loving lateral bends and restorative rotation. You'll leave feeling 2 feet taller and understanding how to create more and better movement in your personal practice and your everyday life!
AS a curious mover or as a movement teacher, you will leave knowing where you have the greatest oppportunity for change. And you'll have exercises, natural movement options, movement habits to observe and mindful movement moments to apply to your own personal practice.
Important notes: these workshops qualify for CEU hours for Nutritious Movement certified Restorative Exercise Specialists!
This workshop is appropriate for all bodies. Modifications are available to make sure all participants are included and progress at their apropriate pace.
