Hip hinging is an incredibly important movement, and one that can be more complicated than you might think!
Whether you're a student or teacher of movement, join Alison for this 3 hour workshop exploring the hip hinge in all its variations! We will look at where your own personal boundaries are, and how you can expand them for better movement at your hip joint. Hinging really well is associated with improved pelvic floor function, strong hips and fewer lower back issues.

This workshop is appropriate for all bodies. Modifications are available to make sure all participants are incuded and progress at their appropriate pace.
