Join our first annual Rise Yoga Spring Fest!

Enjoy an enriching yoga experience that will awaken your body, clear your mind, and enliven your spirit!

This rejuvenating fest will consist of more than 15 yoga classes and presentations, each designed to renew your vitality in a casual, like minded, and friendly community.

Offerings will consist of Yoga, Pilates, Ayruveda, Tai Chi, and Yoga Nidra...something for everyBODY from challenging to beginner levels!

 Enjoy live music, healthy food, and a plethora of alternative and holistic modalities throughout the day...inside, outside, salty, and upside down!

Spring Into Yoga - Plant the seeds for growth, transformation and change in this Vinyasa class led by Certified Yoga Instructor Jimmie Miller of Yoga by the Barn, accompanied with live music provided by Certified Yoga Instructor/ Musician Steve Black of Better Bodies Yoga. BBY1

Astro Yoga - Tune into the stars and planets with Certified Astrologer and Yoga Instructor Cahdlah (Calla) Forsythe-Barrie as she combines astrological forecasts with yoga flow to help you absorb the energy of the day. Throughout class Calla explores each pose offering explanations about the energies that are cultivated during the practice. Garden

MB Haus Yoga - A challenging and dynamic power Vinyasa class with Certified Yoga Instructors Rachel Russ and Jocelyn Brunotte of Mind Body Haus Yoga Studio that includes creative flow rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing.  BBY1

Intro to Ayurveda - Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old Indian system of care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit holistically. More than a mere system of treating illness, Ayurveda is a science of life ( Ayur = life, Veda = science or knowledge). It offers a body of wisdom designed to help people stay vibrant and healthy while realizing their full human potential. Relax, Renew, and Restore Yoga with Essential Oils - This restorative and relaxing class led by Certified Yoga Instructor Instructor Ruthie O'Ryan of Better Bodies Yoga will be enhanced with healing essential oils by Jenn from Essential Oils during each and every relaxing breath. Restorative yoga poses and essential oils when used together promote relaxation, balance emotions, and a renewed sense of clarity.  BBY1

Inner Spring Cleaning - “Wring Out Winter Into Spring” This vinyasa flow class with Certified Yoga Instructor Ashley Berryhill of Better Bodies Yoga focuses on the benefits of twisting in an effort to bring suppleness back into the spine, and to cleanse away the heaviness effects that accumulate in the body over the cold months of winter. “Enlightened on The Great Yoga Wall®” - Awaken and heighten your yoga practice with Certified IAYT Yoga Instructor Karen Moss of Better Bodies Yoga using this innovative Iyengar based wall system of adjustable straps, bars, and harnesses. Great for all levels of students such as beginners learning basic yoga poses, students seeking flexibility, stability, and balance, or students who want to fine tune familiar or more challenging poses.
