This training is a fun introduction to yin yoga, its postures, sequences, and classes, and a unique approach to transitions and assisting during a yin class. Students will learn traditional Eastern holistic ideas and fundamental Western medicine understanding of Yin’s physical effects on connective tissue from relaxed, long-held traction. Students, teachers, and lovers of yoga are welcome to attend.
Please bring a mat, water bottle, snacks, and anything you need personally for your comfort and well-being. Come with an open attitude and a willingness to share with other attendees, too.
This training will count for up to 10 hours of CEU through Yoga Alliance. Your 100% participation is required to receive credit.
