Let Katherine Sumner reset and add vitality to your week so you can perform at your absolute best! Enjoy 3 days of eating carefully crafted, nourishing, vibrant foods! The 3 days will set the foundation for a healthier YOU!
WHEN
Kick-off Sunday, May 12th 4:00-5:30pm. We will start with 20
minutes of restorative yoga, breathing and writing - setting our
intentions for Spring then Katherine will review the SPRING RESET
and answer any questions. Plan to support your body May13th,
14th & 15th and keep it going! Pickup your food
package at the Namaste Kitchen.
