This special series is for young yogis ages 6-11, and provides a great way for your child to unwind after a long school day. In a non-competitive and nurturing environment, your child will practice different yoga poses and sequences, play fun and challenging yoga-style games, learn simple partner poses, and learn skills & techniques for self-calming and stress relief. Themes such as peace, respect, gratitude & acceptance will be introduced. This class provides a fun filled way for kids to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness.
