How the program works:
Crissy Keye Rollins and Victoria Privette are co-leading this
program. We will begin with an in-person kick off meeting to set up
full support for each person. We will meet on Zoom for brief and
interactive meetings 10 times throughout the program for online
support sessions to dive into the themes/areas of inquiry. These
brief meetings are recorded for viewing anytime. Participants are
encouraged to practice yoga in the studio as much as their
schedules allow for 15 days before and during the program.
Participants can take advantage of unlimited virtual support with
Crissy. We will wrap up with another in-person meeting to wrap up
the in-depth learning. All in-person meetings and yoga are hosted
at Victory Power Yoga.
When the program takes place:
We begin April 28th with our in-person meeting at Victory Power
Yoga at 5:30-6:45pm. If want to begin after this date, that is
okay, too! We will record our meeting and scheduled Zoom calls for
you to set your own Body Breakthrough timeline. Unlimited yoga
begins April 28 through May 12, 2019. If you are following along
with the group start time, we will wrap up with an in-person
meeting and yoga on May 11th at 11:00a-12:15p.
