We welcome you to a class for BEGINNERS ONLY

In this class, you'll learn;

* basic poses (asanas) that show up in most classes to help you stretch and strengthen your whole body;

* ways to do do each asana in a way that fits your body;

* how to breath in a way that helps you de-stress; and

* the basic philosophy behind yoga

As a member of this course, you receive:

* 6 classes designed to help you feel more confident in your yoga practice.

* Daily short how-to videos posted in our private Facebook group on each of the meditations and yoga poses we learn to help you stay connected between classes.

*Discounts on our ongoing memberships after the course is over. 

*Recording of all 6 classes, so that you can revisit any parts that you really enjoyed. 

*Starter Yoga Mat (Don't need it? Let us know in advance, and we'll give you a $10 credit on your account for a future purchase)

We invite only 6 beginners to join us IN PERSON in the studio to keep the class initmate and ensure the health and wellness of all participants as we practice social distancing. 

Preregistration and prepayment are required and non-refundable. You may, however, gift your spot to another person. Please kindly send me a message with who will be attending in your place to info@supremepeaceyoga.com

When attending IN PERSON classes, I affirm and agree that:

1. I have not knowingly been in close with anyone known or suspected to have had COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to class.
2. I will wear my mask covering my mouth and nose when inside the yoga studio.
3. I have not had a fever within the last 48 hours. (prior to class)
4. I will self-quarantine and participate virtually if I have visited any of the high risk states within the last 14 days. 
5. I am free from cough, shortness of breath, and sore throat. (at the time of class). I agree to stay home and participate virtually even if I believe these symptoms to be related to something other than COVID-19 (i.e. allergies)
6. I will take my temperature prior to traveling to class, and participate virtually if I have a fever of 99.9 or higher, or become symptomatic.
7. I will arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure ample time to sanitize my hands, have my temperature taken and settle into a designated practice area that will be 6ft from my neighbors.

**If you need to miss a class for health or other reasons and let Jodie know in advance, she will gladly make sure that you have access to the link to join the class virtually.
