We welcome you to a class for BEGINNERS ONLY
In this class, you'll learn;
* basic poses (asanas) that show up in most classes to help you stretch and strengthen your whole body;
* ways to do do each asana in a way that fits your body;
* how to breath in a way that helps you de-stress; and
* the basic philosophy behind yoga
As a member of this course, you receive:
* 6 classes designed to help you feel more confident in your yoga practice.
* Daily short how-to video delivered to your email on each of the meditations and yoga poses we learn to help you stay connected between classes.
* You will be eligible for the for $5 off our New Student Special, or, if you have already done our NSS before, you'll be eligible for discounts off our Monthy Memberships if you choose to sign up after the course to help deepen your practice after our 6 week session ends.
48 hour notice is required for cancellation of this workshop. Should you need to cancel with less than a 2 day notice, your regstration will be refunded only if we are able to register someone in your place.
