TRYING TO REDUCE THE EFFECTS OF STRESS ON YOUR LIFE?                                                                    

The sounds of hand drums, gongs, rattles, chimes, bells and crystal singing bowls in the hands of a seasoned energy worker are a great way to achieve a deeply calmed, balanced, relaxed state of mind. This helps to release stress, and thereby is conducive to achieving greater states of inner balance, healing, and well-being.                   

The session begins with a gong “bath” during which participants will have the sounds of gongs wash over them.  After the gongs we experience the 8 chakra tuned, reiki infused crystal singing bowls with the addition of a medicine drum, chimes, bells, and more of the gongs for depth and added effectiveness. The tones of the reiki infused crystal singing bowls help guide us to a deep state of relaxation, conducive to achieving inner peace, balance, healing and wellness.  

Please plan on spending just over an hour for this event, dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat & pillow if you’d like.
