We seem to soak up stress like sponges, as if it's our natural
way of reacting to the littlest and biggest of life's challenges.
Our muscles become tense, our nervous systems become agitated until
we finally explode, releasing what's been buried and building
inside of us. Or we never explode and the stress builds within us
until it creates pain, immobility and general ill health.
Our bodies DO have a built in mechanism for releasing stress before
it gets to that breaking point, but it has long been
suppressed.
In this introductory workshop, you will learn TRE, an innovative
series of exercises that allows you to access and reclaim your
body's natural tension-taming abilities. You will discover how to
recalibrate your nervous system for
better emotional, mental and physical well-being. You will leave
this class empowered with a self-administered, at-home method for
releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and
trauma!
P.S. - TRE works on many levels. It is great for active individuals
as a post-workout tool for releasing excess muscular tension, but
has been used in over 60 countries for recovery from chronic stress
or post trauma symptoms due to generalized life situations,
accidents, natural disasters and political violence.
