Join other HMPY yogis on a day long excursion flowin' down the river and into the next best version of yourself. This signature HMPY Yogadventure includes the three Practices of Baptiste Power VInyasa - Inquiry, mediation and asana. Not only will we practice together, but we'll get to talkin' and enjoying each other's company through inquiry work, floating the Comal and eating lunch and snacks together.

 

Our day will begin at 8am at HMPY 1604 and we'll end our day back at the studio to bid one another adieu at 6pm.

What you'll need:

Yoga mat

Water bottle filled with water

journal and pen

Beach or other large towel

Clothes you can yoga in and float in

Sunscreen

Sun hat

Sunglasses

Shoes to wear in and out of the river  

Wet bag to store all clothes and towels in on the way home

Dry clothes for the ride home
