Mommies to be! PreNatal Yoga is specifically designed to support the body throughout pregnancy while also preparing the body for child birth by utilizing beneficial yoga postures and breathing techniques. In this series, we will learn simple postures to help with circulation, muscle tone, and balance, as well as breathing techniques to aid in labor and delivery, along with some pretty awesome life hacks to treat common symptoms like indigestion, morning sickness, aches and pains and mood swings.
Each class will begin with an open discussion, allowing moms a safe space to chat pregnancy! All stages of pregnancy welcome, however, we advise new to yoga moms be at least 10 weeks into her pregnancy at start of the series! Class is led by Elle Jay.
