This course will enable you to dive deeper into your personal practice, giving you both the experience and tools to teach with authenticity from a place of knowledge and compassion. You will learn an increased level of awareness around alignment, building intelligent sequences with purpose and creating a theme that you can work into more complete practice in your classes.

At OFYF we understand and strongly believe in an approach that recognises, “not one size fits all”. You will learn how to tailor a class to suit the needs of the individual within a multi-level group, through guided verbal instructions and gentle hands on adjustments, including modifications using props.

Committing to this course will allow you to deepen and refine your teaching skills, giving you the ability to teach inspirational and progressive classes to a broad range of students and levels.

*Prerequisites, Students eligible to enrol must have completed the OFYF Core Foundational 200-hour Training or similar course with another Yoga Australia or Yoga Alliance Registered School to receive a certificate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For cancellations more than 6 weeks prior course commencement, all fees will be refunded less the $100 non-refundable deposit.
For cancellations within 4 weeks of commencement date, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
For cancellations within 2 weeks of commencement date, no refund will be given.

CERTIFICATION:
A Certification of completion will be issues once the following have been completed and payment in full has been made:
1. All 15hrs Pre-course Online material and classes completed.
2. Attend all sessions of the face to face training sessions with Lainie Jenkins and Greg Ermerson
3. Submit your assignment within 12 months of face to face training. (There is no additional cost for Lainie’s feedback on your assignment.)

Graduates will be able to register with Yoga Alliance Australia and Yoga Australia at the RYT-350 Level on completion of all 3 modules. Individual Modules can be used with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia for CPD points.

In case of a Pandemic no refund will be given but course is transferable for a credit to use in future trainings.
