Jumping rope improves cardiovascular system and bone mass, burns calories, and improves muscular tone and coordination. This training camp will improve quickness and balance. Other activities will include core and coordination games with tennis balls and challenge games like tug of war.
Our coaches have years of training experience at the HS and College level.
Jumping Rope is a widely-used and non-specific practical method for the development of athletic conditioning, balance and coordination in several disciplines.
1. Bring a water bottle and workout towel
2. Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing (some sessions may be outside)
