In this yoga series, youth will learn simple methods of meditation, breath exercises and stretches. We will reflect and discuss times that these tools can help us in our lives and how we can integrate them. This series is designed for any children excited about yoga and/or families interested in supporting their child’s social/emotional development through mindfulness.

1) Please register in the name of the child/children.
2) This workshop is for youth ages 7-13.
3) Parents/Guardians/Caretakers will need to sign a permission waiver in the studio before the first session.
