Join Markeeta Davis, CYT-200, as she breaks down the journey of a Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation).  Along the way, you'll learn the mythology behind each asana, proper technique for each pose, tips for traveling the mat, and modifications to personalize your flow.  You'll leave with a deeper understanding of Sun Salutations, and how to personalize your practice.

This is an interactive workshop.  We will be discussing and practicing each pose, so be sure to wear clothes you'll feel comfortable practicing yoga in.  You may also wish to bring a journal if you'd like to take notes.
