Move from the state of “doing” to one of “being.” If you are in need of a reset or rest join us at our monthly Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra (awake sleep) allows the body and mind to relax and find complete ease. Think of it as a yogic nap to ease the mind, body and spirit.
You will be gently guided into this deeply restorative and meditative practice. Participants need bring only themselves in comfortable attire. All levels welcome.
Minimum of five people needed for the workshop to proceed.
