Join us for our Summer's End Sound Bath to rest up and cool down as summer draws to a close. Jessica leads us into magical journey into the world of sound with the lulling sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and drums. You'll enjoy a cozy restorative savasana pose as we are immersed in soothing sound waves for 75 minutes. You'll leave feeling calm and rested, and ready to take on all that fall has in store.

 

All are welcome and no experience is necessary. Many props are available, but feel free to bring your favorites, a light cover and socks, as your body temperature will drop during relaxation.
