Join Stephanie Smith 200 ERYT, YACEP, RPYT, & RYS 200 with Yoga Alliance to explore all things pre and post natal yoga. In this workshop students will discuss which asana are safe for each trimester and ways to sequence these asana to be of support to women who are expecting. Discussion of the benefits of breathe work and the pelvic floor, meditation, & which pranayama is of most benefit to expecting women will also be covered. This informative workshop will be a great fit for yoga teachers desiring to continue their education into the study of pre and post natal yoga, doulas looking to deepen their knowledge of yoga, and for those who are expecting. Please note this is a continuing education workshop and not a prenatal yoga certification course.
