Join Brad as guides you through the art handstands and it’s many forms. This workshop is intended for all levels to learn where and how to start training for the handstand. You will immerse yourself into several flows and techniques to bring more awareness of handstand alignment as well as preparing the body to start holding a free standing handstand. You will also learn methods on safe and proper entry/ exit as you conquer your fear of falling while inverted. Ultimately giving you a strong foundation so you can continue to practice and maintain what you’ve learned through your training.

Bio: Brad has been a student of yoga, movement and meditation from his earliest days of childhood. He was always an athlete, playing sports of every kind. Before entering high school, Brad’s father introduced him to Yoga. In high school, he experienced a severe knee injury that led him to surgery and physiotherapy. Throughout his rehabilitation, he found himself practicing yoga for a few hours every day and falling in love with it’s benefits. In 2011, Brad obtained his 200-RYT in Agonda, Goa, India. Brad’s studied under many teachers and ashrams in the world and has studied yoga in places such as Zanzibar, Tanzania, Gdynia, Poland and across India. Brad’s classes focuses on clear and valuable instructions, often giving multiple modifications and assists to aid your practice. Brad currently teaches in the Blue Mountain Area and in Toronto where he shares his passion for yoga and learning with our local community.
