A fun, all levels, non-bendy
person's yoga class AND beer is being served before/during class.
Lunch is being served after class AND of course another cold one to
wash it down.

up with your favourite brew. Class is from 1045-1145am Lunch served
at Noon.Stay for another drink and a glorious make your own
sandwich buffet. Yes, there'll be sides but I'm well aware... you
don't make friends with salad!!
