This workshop is designed for yoga teachers and practitioners interested in strengthening their knowledge of physical and energetic anatomy from the yoga perspective. This workshop will include basic information on human structure, physical anatomy, and biomechanics for yoga. Additionally, the yogic models of the subtle body (maya model and chakra model) will be discussed. Skills practice will include building knowledge of the physical and subtle bodies as well as how these are affected through yoga movement.  This workshop will include a combination of lecture and active practice. Earn 10 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs for participation in both days of training.
