Students will learn basic meditation and breathing techniques to bring into their every day lives.
Danielle Lee has studied meditation for over 20 years, and she became certified to teach mindfulness meditation by Guru Ranjit Deora of Charlotte Meditation.
Danielle’s role as a meditation guide is to provide a safe, compassionate, non judgmental environment where students can feel supported, heard, and empowered.
