Teen girls experience a lot of stress and pressure from schoolwork, from their peers and from feeling a burning need to fit in. Hormone levels also tend to run high at this age and can even cause depression or anxiety.
At The Studio we believe that regular exercise can go a long way to helping teen girls' alleviate these day-to-day pains and struggles.
Using dumbbells, barre exercises, yoga moves, the TRX and bodyweight we aim to teach the girls how awesome it feels when they move their body.
FYI: Class on Sat, Oct 5 is canceled, an extra class will be added on to the end of the 6 weeks.
