I often hear things like, “Let me lose 50 pounds, and then I'll come to yoga.” It always breaks my heart to hear that because I know that comes from a place of deep pain when we won't let ourselves do something because of the shape or size of our bodies. 

It also makes me sad because I know the deep peace that yoga has given me regardless of my measurements. While not all yoga classes feel welcome and accessible for larger bodies this one will, and it will celebrate ALL you bring to the mat.

This 6-week course is designed for anyone identifying as a Big Beautiful Yogi yearning for:

• Develop an unconditional positive regard for yourself and a greater sense of peace and self confidence in your body.
• Experience yoga classes designed just for you and your body.
• Participate in an uplifting and encouraging community.
• Learn customization to make almost any yoga class an enjoyable experience.

**This class is NOT about losing weight. While it's possible that we can lose weight practicing yoga, that's not the goal of this course. We can get advice on weight loss ANYWHERE. We're here to uplift ourselves to a place of unconditional positive regard for our bodies, minds, and spirits. < This is the place from which true transformation is possible. 

This class is for beginning and continuing Big, Beautiful Yogis.

This class is being intentionally caped at 15 participants. The early bird rate ends on 9/9/19. For that reason, preregistration is strongly encouraged.
