Even in the best of circumstances, we spend most of our time obsessing over details, comparing ourselves to others, and trying to conform to society’s convoluted version of happiness. Let’s take a break. For ninety minutes, let's stop performing our lives and actually live them. Using a combination of yoga, breathwork, shake-it-out Qigong, dorky freestyle dance, resistance stretching, and meditation, we will help each other move toward a radical sense of comfort within our own skin.

Hannah Tennant-Moore has been studying yoga, Buddhism, and other means of thriving within this chaotic world for two decades. Since receiving her teacher's certification from White Lotus Yoga in Santa Barbara five years ago, Hannah has taught yoga privately and at Rainbow Body while continuing to experiment with fun, diverse forms of movement. Her writing—including the novel Wreck and Order and contributions to Best Buddhist Writing—focuses on enriching everyday life through sensual and spiritual inquiry.
