Ages 7 to 11
nesdays @ 5:30 PM (45 minute class)
Minimum registration is 3. If the class does not fill, your money will be refunded and class for the month will be cancelled.
Wear appropriate gym clothing. Nothing overly baggy.
Have clean, indoor gym/running shoes to change into for use inside the gym.
