What happens if you stress too much? Some stress on the body is natural and necessary, but too much stress can lead to serious health problems. Stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Ongoing, chronic stress, can lead to health problems such as depression, anxiety, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, weight gain, heart attacks and stroke, to name a few.
In this class you will be guided through gentle/basic grounding yoga poses to help prepare you to be relaxed and open to hypnosis. Hypnosis can help with stress management by getting you into a deeply relaxed state, fighting tension and triggering your relaxation response. It can also help you make lifestyle changes that can reduce the amount of stress you encounter in life.

Notes: All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are in control at all times. It feels very similar to a deep meditation.
You will receive an audio recording of the class and be encouraged to listen to it repeatedly over the course of several weeks or until you feel it has served its purpose.
